Tuskmite
A fictional, stylistic model of a creature called a Tuskmite that would be found living in small holes in various biomes within a game world. The model was created in 3DS Max, utilizes multiple texture types created in Mudbox, and employs three levels of detail. The goal of this project was to demonstrate an ability to create riggable creatures by following the industry standard process of building and texturing organisms from references. Research was conducted throughout this process to aid in the creation of the Tuskmite’s anatomy, concept art, and various textures. The final result was a detailed model that illustrates an ability to create animate creatures in addition to inanimate objects.
